How can i do that? Those specific measures had mainly whole and half notes - but dynamics and accents changed variously. I would like to try quantizing them tho! Thank you.

Does this help? The measure on the left is the previous, and then everything breaks down. Thank you for the advice, I will do it.

Yes it is string quartet, in 4/4 and the problem is only in Violin II. I hope these pics are more helpful.
