OK now I messed up I think. I deleted it from the folder and now can't find it. I tried reinstalling it from the website but that didn't work.

That's where it is! There's not an option to uninstall it though.

what i can't figure out is how can i assign my own keyboard shortcuts? i used to do it under plugins-->tgtool-->menu shortcuts now it won't let me do it.

I'm not sure what bit I'm using. How can I find that out? I can't even get to the window to create my own shortcut. when I go to it I get the message I wrote in my first comment.
