I had to go in and tell the computer to run Finale with Rosetta. Totally forgot i needed to do that. Thank you so much for your help. I was about to put my fist through my computer lol.

Apologies. I have finale v. 27.2, Noteperformer v. 3.3, and a mac with Ventura 13.0 operating system. I'm not very well versed in computer stuff so if there is any other information let me know.
Any time i try to apply noteperformer to a file I get this issue with that specific file. I've tried on three different ones
