The test file that Frankie sent me worked just fine. Maybe 10 minutes to get it into Finale, with few corrections needed.

Jihye, The font is still on the computer. Go to Preferences > Font > Lyrics… and select your Korean font. That should fix it.

Did you send this in to tech support? Did you get an answer from them? Please post any information you get from them!

Try clearing MIDI data. Select the score, right click > Clear Selected Items > click “none” and then click in the MIDI Data checkbox.
