Is each instrument on its own channel?
Are you recording from MIDI or Audio Units? To what format are you exporting?
Some may be missing. I kmow that the Swing articulation doesn’t seem to work, afterwards.
Try exporting as XML, and reimporting. I've found that to help in many cases.
