As far as I'm concerned, it's not a bug since Finale based its calculations on parameters which are now different. Try re-entering the repeats after you have changed barline widths. Does that work?

I think you'll have to remove the notes manually with an entry tool. If you had the full Finale, you'd have various ways of filtering out the unwanted notes, but Print Music doesn't have this capab...
