Right click on a measure, click Clear Selected Items, uncheck all, then select MIDI Data

Try deleting using the selected items only tool to delete all midi data. Then do a reassign all playback sounds.

Check to make sure under the MIDI menu that “Midi Thru” is turned on.

If the cursor is scrolling then Finale thinks it is playing. All your other sounds like YouTube play correctly?
