Okay....after I sent that message I figured out how to do what you're showing. But after that, how do I assign an expression that changes it from swing to straight? This is driving me insane!
I'm still stuck. How do you create a new category in the category designer? All I see is a button to "duplicate" one.
Oh, one more question: Where is the "category" that you use to apply an expression to all parts? I can't find it. Thanks.
Thanks for the quick reply, but it didn't work. For one, the "Type" drop down window doesn't even list "swing" as a choice. I think you must have a different version of Finale. I'm on the latest...
