I was on Finale's beta team, probably '85–86? Using it ever since. Installation was "normal" i.e., I didn't change the install location.

Here's what back-to-back repeats look like when exported as EPS. The only "fix" I can find now is to open the file in Illustrator, rebuild the missing repeat. Not very elegant. Gonna fix this?
