Finale Crashes Computer when either yes or no box to help Finale improve services is checked. How do I get past this window?

The last several times I've opened Finale, a window pops up asking if I would like to help Finale improve its system (or something to that effect) and no matter which button I select (yes or no) the computer shuts down and restarts. There doesn't seem to be any way to get past that window and into the program and I'm getting desperate to get scores generated today! Please help!

Not enough information. You should only see that screen when trying to activate for the first time.

Do you have a firewall or IP blocker that is preventing your computer from talking to the license server? If so, turn it off.

If not, what OS are you running and version of Finale?

Thanks for posting!

Full system crashes are usually due to some sort of hardware that an application was trying to use, but is corrupted and crashes the OS. What operating system are you using? And which version of that operating system?
