File missing

It says that this file is missing.

api-ms-win-crt--runtime-l1-1-0.dll

I've tried Uninstaller and then reinstalling, but I get the same message.

This appears to be a part of the Windows OS, not a Finale file.

This is a common Windows error. I have tried to figure out what causes this .dll to be missing but it seems to be common. Many applications require this.
