Staves and Systems

Is there a way to move staves and systems independently.

Holding Option doesn't work. All the staves below move.

What version of Finale are you using? Some of the earlier versions required a setting to Allow independent Staff Movement.

I have no problem in 2014.5: Staff tool>hold the option key>grab the handle at the left end of a staff>drag up or down.

All other staves remain stationary.
