iMac OS 10.10, Garritan Personal Orchestra 5
I downloaded the Garritan_Personal_Orchestra_5.zip from the product page of my profile and each time I try to unzip the file I receive the message, "There was a problem while reading the contents of the film "Garritan_Personal_Orchestra_5.zip": The archive film is incomplete.
I've tried re-downloading multiple times and unzipping it using both Archive Utility and The Unarchiver (what they recommend to use) to no success.

Thanks for posting.
I see that you mentioned attempting a redownload, but I wanted to double-check - have you tried redownloading from another web browser yet? I would recommend either Google Chrome or Firefox; if you have already tried one of those, try the other! I would also recommend moving older downloads of GPO 5 to the trash before attempting a redownload.
If the decompression of the downloaded .zip file still fails, I would be curious to know the size of the downloaded .zip file.

That certainly sounds like an oddly persistent issue. I will be sure to take note of it in the event other users running into something similar in the future. That being said, I am glad to hear that you were able to find a workaround to get the installer. It certainly sounds like you are on the right track.

I have been trying to download the file to my Mac Pro (OS10.11.6) using Firefox, and I have a very fast connection. I was able to download the entire Logic library (36GB) in about 3 hours. This file is about 4.3G, but is only trickling in, and after an hour of getting less than 40MB, the download fails... Is the problem on your end? Thanks, Gelon
