How are you accessing them? They play back fine for me. You can also find them online.

The QuickStart videos for the the Finale 2014 manual do appear to working on my Mac as well using Google Chrome. Perhaps there is another browser you can try?

Also, if you could reply with the URL that took you to the Quickstart Videos page (it is the web address in the top bar of your browser), I can verify that you are reaching the right location.

so perhaps it is a safari problem?  do the videos use a plugin that i might need to allow?
