I'm using Windows 10 Finale 25.

I have created a staff for guitar and a staff for voices. Like this:

In one version of extract/merge, I would like to have only the Cantor voice line, but with the Guitar chords displayed above the Cantor voice line and NO separate guitar staff present.  This should allow for a "cheat sheet" to be created, lowering a tree burn count.  Can this be done?

I don't know if it's the "right" way, but I used the Filter, set to Chords. Then I copied the guitar staff, and pasted it into the Cantor. Finally, delete the guitar staff.

I'd do what Mike suggests.

 

I'd also put the chords on the beat and let the rhythmic notation in the guitar part show the off-beat strums. Then, when you copied them to the Cantor part, they would look more natural.

You could probably select and drag the chords en masse to the start of the beat, at least a line at a time.
