I want to buy Finale but i have a doubt. I'm from Portugal and i don't know if MakeMusic sends a physical copy of Finale, like a CD and Serial Code or if all that is digital. Can someone explain?

The physical copy would be called a "media pack." The standard form of sale in the U.S. is via download with an activation code sent by e-mail. If you are purchasing overseas, MM will probably refer you to a local reseller in your area; use the "Submit a request" link above to contact MM for how to purchase Finale where you are.
