Lost Key Signature Box

Hello

I need to change key, but the Key Signature Box won't display. It did work when I first got the software, but now has disappeared. I've tried restarting my computer, but that isn't working. Thanks.

MacOS Sierra 10.12.5

You may need to delete the preferences.

Thanks, but I don't seem to have a reset button. When I open preferences, I have a choice of windows: Save and Print, Edit, etc., but no reset. Please help if you can.

What version of Finale are you running?
