As I said I loss the play track control and how can I get back

I am using macOS 10.12.3 and Finale version 12

Please specify the steps you've already taken, so that we can rule out things.

 

Have you e. g. tried trashing the Preferences file?

I cross out the playback control and I can get it back

Quit Finale, and try trashing the Preferences file.

 

When you launch Finale again, it will build a fresh Preferences file.

Chances are that you will get the Playback Controls back.

One can also check to see if "Playback Controls" are checked in the Window menu.
