I have been finding the inertia swipe left and right a pain for a while, just found time to search for the off button.

"Click" and relax!

I searched for kinetic amongst other descriptions on-line before I found what it was called. It wasn't in the obvious spot which I thought would have been

system preferences > Mouse? Nor did I find it in the mouse help file.

No its under accessibility, obvious really...

Just saying in case anyone else finds it annoying.
