I dloaded the new musicxml7 plugin for Finale, and m ready to install it. I have Finale 2014 and 2014.5 on my computer. Exactly where should I extract the new file?

There's a ReadMe in the download.
The Mac version, can't be easier. The installer shows you the folder to drop it in. If you have more than one, drag it into each—it will copy in.
