What are the repeats for in the Clicks and Countoffs? They can't be change to anything other than 1 and don't seem to work at all. During practice I would like to focus on one section repeatedly and this sure seems like the place to set this up but I don't see that it's at all functional.

You probably do not mean “Click and Countoff”, but rather the Playback Controls (since your screen shot shows the Playback Controls), right?
If there are repeats in the document, then you can specify, in what repeat playback should start, and in what repeat playback should stop.
