Please specify the steps you’ve already taken (to solve the problem), so that we can rule out things.

Have you e. g. taken a look at the Staff Attributes?

In the dialog box {Staff Attributes}, in the pane {Items to Display}, there is a check box for displaying Ties.

Instead of the Staff Attributes the culprit could also be a Staff Style.

sure I've checked this thing at the first step ... so in the  Staff Attributes displaying ties is checked .... 

also there is no staff style used .....

As a test, try playing the document back.

- Do you get tie playback?

If you do get tie playback, then take a good look at the settings for ties.

Perhaps the settings are wrong so that the ties are very teeny-tiny, and impossible to see.

you're right ... the tie settings were totally wrong ....
I gave a total reset to the tie contour and the problem it's solve.
