No. Download the demo. You should do that anyway, before you purchase, to make sure it works for you.

And until you decide to buy v27, be sure to tell the installer NOT to erase your prior version.

The only one that affects me is an "x" is no longer appended to pdf file names. I'm waiting to hear how everybody likes the new instrument list. So far, it's not worth $150 to me.
