1) The symbol is available in the font Finale Maestro.

2) In case the Finale Maestro symbol is not exactly as you need it (e. g. if you need another line thickness or another line length), consider creating the symbol as a shape in the Shape Designer.

You can use the shape as a shape articulation (Articulation Tool), or as a shape expression (Expression Tool).
