I have the correct serial number.

But it says Its invalid?

Please help me out.

i installed it and the program was not working properly so i uninstalled and now the serial number does not work.
Frustrating. 

I hope it's not only used once and that's it?

Otherwise I have to buy again and it's not fair as I never got to use it in the first place

For any questions relating to ARIA for ACID, or the samples packaged with the ACID program, these will need to be directed to Sony.

I have the exact same problem.  My hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall ACID PRO 7 and the Garritan Aria.  I've got the correct serial number from Sony when I bought it, but it says its an invalid serial number.
