Wish we could upgrade our son's Finale to the latest version without spending half of what we originally spent less than six months ago to do so.  Anyone found a way to get a better deal?

I feel cheated as a loyal customer. I have always kept up on the upgrade path each year and now I have to pay the same as people who haven't upgraded in awhile and who can cross grade from Sibelius. SAD is right!

From Finale about that situation:

"We have a policy to handle these types of situations. Contact our support team at bit.ly/MakeMusichelp and they can go over your options with you."

I don't know if the time in which you purchased Finale lies within their policy, but I think it would be worth a shot!
