iMac 27" late 2012 3.4ghz i7 32Gb DDR os x 10.11.6 Finale version 25

I have several pieces with this problem, all were scanned in then modified.  The part name shown on the part for the first instrument is "part 1", instead of euphonium.  Score Manager has the parts all correctly named.  The first staff line has no instrument name next to it.  How can I fix this?

You should be able to change just the part name in the Edit Part option of Manage Parts in the Document menu.

Adrian, good suggestion - it worked. The location was document menu, manage parts, edit part definition, edit part name.  Thanks for your help.
