Version 14.5  Mac OS 10 

Trying to add fall offs on horn parts but it's not in articulation window. I'm using maestro font. 

This means either I need to create one ? Whatever suggestion so I don't have to spend too much time, that'd be great.

Jazz Font has them.

So there is a way to bring that symbol from jazz font? What tool can I do that in?

The Jazz Font articulations constitute a library and can be loaded via "Load Library."

You may want to try this on a copy of your file first, since it will append not only the falls but ALL the articulations in the Jazz library, thus duplicating those you already have in Maestro. Of course you can delete the articulations you do not need.
