measure repeats

How do I show how to repeat a measure by inserting a diagonal line with a dot above and below? I see it on a lot of scores but am unable to find it in the software. Windows 10, Finale 2014.5

Hi Gail

Use a staff style.

In windows, select the staff tool.

Then select the measure(s) that need the symbol

Right click

On the menu that pops up, select "1 bar repeat"
