Adding a percussion system

Hello,

I need to add a percussion system (staff) to a page without altering the appearance of the rest of the page, which contains single clef systems as well as grand-staff systems. I can't figure it out how to accomplish this, and I would appreciate the help of any who know how to do it
. A graphic of my problem is attached. Many thanks in for your help and kindness.

Hi Paul

With the selection tool, select the first system.

From the menus Utilities->"Change Instrument..."

From the menus presented, select some form of percussion (Percussion->Percussion, Drums->Drums set, etc)

Have you tried going into the Score Manager, finding the snare drum (sub-)entry and editing out the name?

You may have to click the arrowhead to the left of whatever you may have in place of the Snare Drum entry in your list to reveal the snare drum. (Not sure since I don't know what your Score Manager Instrument List looks like.)
