I have a file that I need to have as a pdf for printing.  When I export, it tells me that a font is not supported and will be replaced with Engraver Text X.  Only one option which is to choose DONE.  Once I do that the file crashes and I have to exit the program and start over.  When I select file it says not responding, so I am in a loop and I cannot get a pdf file.

Please advise.

There are 2 ways to create a PDF file from a Finale document.

Did you try both of them?

1) Graphics Tool.

Graphics menu > Export Pages…

2) “Print” to a PDF file.

By The Way:

Are you using Windows Finale or Mac Finale?

I am using Windows 10

Since you are using Windows 10, I suggest that you use third party software to “print” to PDF.

Try e. g. CutePDF.

When choosing print to a pdf file only the first page is created as pdf. How do I get it to scan/transform the complete work?

I am not understanding why I got an email with this answer,  Are you telling me if I use the print to pdf it only does the first page......and How do I get it to scan/transform complete work? is a question for me or someone else.  I am confused by this post.

If you add to a thread, by default the Zendesk software gives you e-mail responses unless you shut them off, which you can do for each thread (separately--bummer) by clicking a link in the e-mail.
