I am using Finale 2014d.v5545 and use a Mac.

Last school year I was able to scan choral music, make it into a .tiff file, then import it into Finale using SmartScoreLite. This year when I try to do the same thing (even with the same .tiff file that I used last year) Finale is unable to recognize the music on the page and it looks like gibberish. I have not updated to most recent paid version of Finale. Any ideas on what is going on?
