MacOS 13.5, Finale 27

I'm having some strange, very inconsistent behavior regarding expressions in reduced size cue passages. All of the expressions are set to scale in the expression assignment dialog box. However, only some do (only p and mp) and only some of the time. Is there a fix for this before I go to the trouble of creating a new set of reduced size dynamics?

Make sure the expression is assigned to a note inside the scaled area. It is easy to miss that. Make sure you have not set "fixed" for the expression.

Thanks. I had already checked those things. I found a "solution" which I'll share in case it helps others. I went through the expression assignment dialog box for each marking and under "scale expression with attached note" I selected only the layer with the reduced notes. This took at least 5 mouse clicks per expression. Not very efficient, but it worked.
