 I am currently on My mac OSX Yosemite 10.10.5. I opened the installer the bar reached validating packages and then i got this message (the installation has faied). Please help me

Hi Craig,

 

We can definitely help you out with this one. In this case, I would like to go ahead and open up a ticket so we can gather some diagnostics to further assess the issue. You should be seeing an email from us shortly.

Thank You Mr. Dutton For the response I Have figured out the problem, I opened the logs and It was not the 3 GB file Thank you for the response!
