I'm having the same problem. Tried to run GPO today and was told to reinstall, so I downloaded and ran in the installer. Got the same message. Running an i7 10.9.5. All other software (Kontakt 5, DP8) are running fine.

Does Notepad 2012 include GPO? Of course not.

 

you need to give much better details.
