I have a chart that will not playback layer 1, only the chord layer.

My settings seem to be the same for other charts that playback correctly.

Can you help?

Windows 10,  Finale 2014.5

Can you attach an image of your Score Manager? (ALT-PrtScr will copy your topmost screen layer onto your Clipboard; then you can paste it into Paint to crop and edit if necessary.)

Thank you for responding. It is very strange. After 3 days of not working on this file, when I returned to it to make a screen shot of the Score Manager, playback was working fine!  I had tried all the usual things like turning off Finale and restarting it without sucess, but giving it several days "rest" did the trick.  Finale is "such fun" to work with. I'm sure glad I don't have to make a living as a transcriber!
