I doubt the president will ever see this, but... Thanks so much for announcing this on the same day we can no longer purchase an upgrade. No warning or anything. I've been using Finale since the beginning when it was Coda's Finale Allegro. It had the best, most thought out documentation I've ever seen. I've loved the application in spite of the bugs. It would have been nice to have the chance to upgrade one last time. I guess the words in your letter, "warm and deep gratitude to all of our loyal and passionate users" has a different meaning to you than it does to me.
