Non-standard tuplet writing problem on the fourth beat.

I'm used to write non standard tuplets but I can not solve the next one:

dotted eighth, then sixteenth, then eighth on the 4th beat.

Please, have a look at the picture to see what Finale does.

Please, can you help?

A lot of it will depend on how you are entering your triplet. In a case like this, where it's a repeating triplet, copy the first one, and Paste Multiple. Even if the pattern is the same but the notes are different, Paste Multiple and use the Repitch tool to make the changes.
