Windows 10 Finale V27.4.1.110. Having a problem with first lyric in a bar colliding with the barline

Someone online showed a page called "Note Spacing Rule" which I cannot find.

If you could show a sample of what you speak we may be able to help. But I suspect you might have more stuff than you have room for. You might try Utilities>Fit measures.

Make sure you set the staff group to not show barlines between vocal staves.

Normally, music with lyrics does not use barlines between staves, for just that reason. Can you not do what Ben suggests?
