1: Staff styles. When I apply "Blank Notation" to Layer 4, all tuplet numbers still stay visible.
2: Lyrics tool: One document opened in two windows to clone lyrics from one part of the document to another. After a few gestures it is no longer possible to select anything, Finale has to be restarted.
I have workarounds and do not ask for such advice. What I do ask for is if anyone can confirm these 2 bugs.

Indeed the tuplet numbers and tuplet brackets in Blank Notation remain visible on the computer screen, but they do not print.
You can see this fact by de-selecting the display of Hidden Notes and Rests:
View menu > Show > Hidden Notes and Rests (de-select)

The bug is a screen display issue only - tuplet numbers and tuplet brackets do not get “Hidden Object Shading”.
Skjalg, as Peter mentioned, the tuplet brackets are just not being shaded like the other hidden elements. If you deselect Show > Hidden Notes and Rest, these will no longer be visible. As far as the multiple window issue you are seeing, I have tried different scenarios, and have not been able to replicate this. If you want to, feel free to get in touch with us directly and we can take a closer look at this and see what could be causing this.

If I understand you correctly, you are still talking about the staff style Blank Notation: Layer 4, right?
In the staff style’s definition, in the dialog box Alternate Notation, in the pane Other Layers,
is the option “Expressions” selected for showing?
