globally change 1/4 notes to 1/8 note followed by 1/8 rest.

Is there a way to globally (or over a range of measures) change all quarter notes in a piece to an eighth note followed by an eighth rest.

I'm running Finale 26.0.1.706 on a Mac Pro (2012)

Kind of... You can do one measure manually, and then use JP Pattern Copy to repeat it. This only works on full measures, though.
