Garritan personal orchestra has disapeared and Garritan instruments for finale sounds terrible

OK so I upgraded to Finale ver. 26.0.1.706 for Mac Mojave

1. What happened to Garritan Personal Orchestra (GPO) that I had already installed in the previous version?

2. Why wouldn't Finale's installation process spot the previous GPO installation and take it into account so I don't have to write this post?

3. Do I now have to purchase GPO again in order to get it back?

Also, simple tonal music playback in Eb major from a previous file now sounds terribly out of tune.

So I installed Garritan Personal Orchestra 5 new version, but Finale doesn't recognize it and there's no obvious instruction set on the makemusic, web site. How do I get Finale to recognize GPO instead of the default?
