My extracted parts are 2-3 pages long. Is it possible to put the title on each page?

Can the title on pages 2-3 be in a smaller font to fit more easily?

Create a field using the appropriate Text > Inserts and set it to appear on pp 2-0 (zero meaning "end-of-piece"). Format it as you wish.

 

(Really need to fix that spelling of vampire.)
