Is it possible to customize the toolbars (simple entry, rests, main tool palette) in Finale 25 for Mac ? I don't find a menu item for this, nor anything in Preferences. Am trying to de-clutterize and want to simply remove the items I am not using.

Hold down the Shift key, and drag the icons left or right.

Then while holding down Shift (again), drag right down corner of the palette to the left, to cover unneeded icons.

Kind of "tetris".

Customize it as you like it.

 

Next step:

In the View menu go to Select Tool Set. Press the Option key, and the menu turns to be "Program Tool Set". Set "Tool 1" from the sub-menu.

And all changes you have made, remain "forever".
