Hello,

My problem is that everything looks aligned properly in my Finale document, but when I save it as PDF, it's a mess. I do get a Page Size Warning right before I save to PDF that says, "The size of some pages in this document does not match the size of the paper in this printer."  But my score fits the pages in the Finale document fine. I don't understand how everything looks aligned properly as a Finale document and looks misaligned as PDF.

And is the page size correct in the Print Setup?

 

Also, rather than saving the PDF from within Finale, try exporting it as a graphic, in PDF format. Is that any better?

Hi Mike, thanks for the reply. How do I export as a graphic. I looked under export and "graphic" is not an option.

Just the other way around! Choose the Graphics tool, and from the Graphics menu, choose Export Pages.
