There is an unresolved issue with 25 and 26 on high-res monitors in Windows but 26 should not be worse that 25.

my 26 is Terrible, compared to 25, which had NO issues like this. and yes, HD monitors are indeed the source of the trouble.
Any timeframe for this to be fixed, Finale Folks?

I am experiencing a similar issue with Speedy Entry. It only happens when first selecting it. After that, is appears to work 'normally'. I am also experiencing a lot of screen drawing issues on note entry, like odd double stemming and wrong notes appearing.

what do our insider friends at MM have to say about these bugs? Fixes in the works, perhaps? So much for updates and new versions...

Like George I've been having terrible problems with odd double stemming and other screen issues. Using the repitching tool creates such a mess that the measure becomes unreadable and I have to force a screen re-draw to clean it up. Many other related issues. I contacted Customer Support several month ago. At first they thought it was my system (Win 10), but then eventually admitted that others had reported these issues and then a disturbing message that there is no intention to resolve these issues any time soon. (The same issues occur with Fin26 and Win 7). So I've for the most part given up on Finale (after nearly 30 years) and starting to do more and more with MuseScore.

For 25? There was a boot disk? Hmmmm... No matter; it's not needed. You can download it from your MM users account and manage the license there if needed.

Yes, you can certainly reinstall an earlier version.
