My Finale version 25 is locked on 4/4 time signature only.

What Happened? I purchased this version legally but it doesn't work anymore because I don't want to pay for the paid update. Why are you doing this to my paid version? I used to be able to edit time signatures with one click. Now, even if I input other time signatures other than 4/4, when the sheet opens, the signature automatically locks to 4/4..why?

They did nothing. Have you tried restarting your computer?

Perhaps your best bet is to use the "Submit a request" link to contact Finale Support directly.

Also, could you tell us what computer Operating System you are using (and what OS version)?

Have you tried using the Time Signature Tool (the 4/4 icon in the Toolbar) rather than other forms of changing the Time Signature?
