Hello, I have a single document with several short pieces. I want to start each new piece in the document with measure #1. How to?

Use the Measure Tool and Measure menu to set up separate measure regions for numbering.

I try that but it simply doesn't work, the display as still shows the same measures e.g 6-10 display as '6-10' whish is so annoying 

I have just purchased this program

Windows 10 home

Can you post an image of your Measure Number screen so we can see it?
