Happens every time.  tried rebooting, moved audio files and other suggestions i read.  I just upgraded BIAB to BIAB 2020.  I'm suspicious of that.

OH YES.  Finale 2014.5 opens fine with no problem!!! hmmmmmm.. Marshall

Hi Marshall,

 

From your crash report here, I can see that the crash is from Finale not connecting with the Documents folder. There can be several reasons for this. I saw that you submitted a support ticket as well, so I will get in touch with you directly through that ticket shortly to trouble shoot the issue with you.
