Garritan Aria and Instruments for Finale

Playback set for VST

Garritan French Horn will not play back any pitch above a1 (concert pitch).  The patch indicates it should sound up to f2, and inside the Aria Player, the "Audition" keyboard shows this and plays this.  Finale does not, either in playback mode or entry  mode.

Any ideas?
